Some New Work

These are more of the same type of digital drawing I have been doing of Vinyl Siding. I have not been able to write lately in any linear fashion, in the past, I had worked through many ideas on paper but lately, the tendency is to incorporate these literary events into some kind of visual gesture. It has also accrued to me that I have become obsessed with the way digitizing images in this fashion gives me the opportunity to stay completely detached and apathetic. Absolutely no physicality and yet it has an absolutely archival being that the entirety of the image can be described without a single stroke in binary, or whatever programming language archives bitmap images.

"MARKED MEN"
Fine Art From 6 Influential Tattooists

The artists presented here were some of the first to bring a fine art sensibility to their work. They saw beyond the stigma of the culture and were able to visualize what it could be. As outsiders they presented their ideas using alternative mediums and placing them on non-traditional surfaces. They learned that the placement of an image could be more important then the image itself.
